As a natural relationship builder, Hayden believes the best businesses are built on trust. He is passionate about creating lasting relationships with clients and delivering an experience that is as dependable as the service itself. His construction background gives him a unique perspective on the needs of commercial clients, while his entrepreneurial mindset keeps him focused on building Clark's for the long term.

Cullen is an Aggie, entrepreneur, builder, and lifelong tinkerer who has a natural instinct for figuring things out — and then figuring out how to make them better.

At Clark's, Cullen oversees operations with the same approach he brings to everything else: build it right, make it work, and always look for a better way. He loves creating systems, solving problems, and turning good ideas into something that actually works.

He's an entrepreneur through and through and genuinely enjoys the process of building something from the ground up. Whether he's working on the business, building something in the garage, or fixing something that wasn't technically broken in the first place, Cullen is happiest when he's making, improving, and moving things forward.
